Welcome to the New Aish Denver!
A place for study and for growth.
A place for prayer.
A place for friendship and community.
A place for investigation, for contemplation and for celebration.
But more than anything else, a place for
In December, 2008, after many years of planning and hard work, Aish Denver officially opened the doors to our beautiful, brand new facility...
Aish Denver’s new Main Sanctuary, featuring a custom-designed Ark and deep cherry wood & Jerusalem stone accents, offers up to 500 individuals a warm and inviting space for prayer and reflection.
By day, the natural light emanating from the skylight brightens the room. By night, the opening gives couples the opportunity to wed under the stars.
The Main Sanctuary leads into a smaller, informal Study Hall, featuring seating space for 50 individuals, an Ark and a comprehensive library -- a bright and intimate space for learning and prayer.
Fifteen fabric art panels float down the center of the Main Sanctuary, creating a semi-translucent piece of art that can be viewed and enjoyed throughout the Main Sanctuary.
Created by Art Partitions, a collaborative effort of local artist, Lynn Heitler, and her husband, business consultant, Philip Levy, the custom art work forms Aish Denver’s mechitza.
Inspired by the Colorado landscape, Lynn Heitler and Philip Levy combined limited edition photographs and custom artwork to create an abstract nature scene. Calming colors and imagery, from water ponds to orchids and pine trees, were carefully selected to integrate with the rest of the room and create the 40-foot piece of art, unique to the new Aish Denver.
Our new Social Hall, serviced by a commercial-grade Caterer’s Kitchen, offers banquet seating for over 230 guests, expandable to over 400.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors lead out into the Sukkah, a year-round outdoor gathering space overlooking
a fenced-in playground and expansive field. The fully landscaped Contemplative Gardens provide adults with a fresh and tranquil outdoor space.
Four large, expandable Classrooms provide the Richard E. Rudolph Shalom Hebrew School with a permanent home. Designed with the child in mind, the bright and colorful classroom wing gives children the opportunity to learn about their Jewish heritage in a fun and safe environment.
A fully-equipped Teen Center brings teens the latest video games and entertainment, while offering a private space for youth-oriented parties and gatherings.
A fenced-in playground offers children a fun and safe place to gather and play.
